How do I navigate the CARMS Dashboard?
After logging in, you will be directed to the main dashboard. The side menu provides access to different sections: Dashboard, Customers, Logins, Challenges, Blacklists, and Settings.
What information can I find on the Dashboard page?
The Dashboard page is the central hub for viewing important security metrics, including total users, flagged attempts, login sessions, preferred MFA methods, and active users, which helps administrators monitor the overall performance and security status of the CARMS system as they utilize the solution. You can filter this data by specific date ranges. It also provides graphical displays of key metrics.
What do I do when I need more information on Navigating the CARMs Dashboard?
The Dashboard User Guide will be provided to your organisation upon onboarding, sequel to the onboarding training session and will be in your custody as well for anytime you need to refer to it.
